Well that caught me out!! We headed off at 7pm...very early for us as we were meeting our daughter, son in law and my grandson ( 22 months) at Stay. We Arrived ahead of them having walked from our apartment in Pinaret...they were walking down from town. It had been a beautiful day but the humidity had increased dramatically today since the storms of last week. We felt a couple of spots of rain as we walked along and didn't think much of it but just as we arrived the wind whipped up, the mountains disappeared and we knew that our lovely table outside on the boardwalk just wasn't going to happen

I have never see anything like the speed at which the staff cleared the deck outside and set everything up in the interior of the restaurant. A very slick operation overseen by Josė Maria.

A great meal was had by all including Oscar, but it's never quite the same eating inside at Stay when you should be sitting outside on a hot, balmy evening beside the boats bobbing in the marina
