Yes we have always had a few rainy days in September but this does look a bit more than that We had trouble getting out of the Airport and the Taxi driver struggled to get there one year then another had to spend our first afternoon in a bar under an umbrella as too wet to get back to our flat without flippers

Friends were caught in the floods in Sillot ? and that has made me a bit nervous

Dont think the wellies will fit in the case though !

This lot should fill the reservoirs for you but they are talking of hosepipe bans where we live which is ridiculous we havent had to water the garden all summer !

Majorca was on red weather alert for most of the island this morning after heavy rains fell overnight with more being forecast.

Palma Airport has been forced to suspend all flights due to the storms this morning.

Following AEMET's announcement that Majorca is on red alert, the manager of the Air Control Centre in Spain, has reported that the reason for this procedure is to "protect the additional arrival of traffic and be able to manage the traffic on hold".
