A record of almost 200 litres of rain per square metre has fallen in Pollensa in November, mostly over the last week, according to figures from the Palma Met Office.

This month is proving to be exceptionally wet with large amounts of rain falling across the island. Escorca was the wettest place on the island with 547 litres of rain per square metre followed by Lluc (453) and then a distant third Pollensa (197 litres of rain). ...

And now the bad news....the rain is expected to continue.

Is this November one of the wettest on record in PP.....this thread has been a depressing read this month? I arrived on the 4th Nov to a massive deluge and sitting in Centric, there was literally a fast flowing river running past......Incredible! Fortunately the next few days were extremely windy with the rain pushed over to the east. I think just after we left on the 8th, the rains returned with avengence and have mostly stayed since.
