As Sparky said Formentor car hire as well as a few others rent in the port and we have hired locally from them in the past. The problem may be availability, as cars were in shorter supply last year, if you just turn up without booking they may not have anything available depending on the time of year.

Yes, Hiper car hire also have an office in the port but as SWS says, availability may be an issue unless you book in advance.

I have also noticed that a new car hire office is opening on the main road,just opposite the Santander Bank. Also Vanrell opened last year on the sea front.
