Vat increase

With the base rate of vat being increased from 18-21%. Does anyone know if that will be a pro-rata increase across the board.. EG- another 3% on restaurants.

Restaurants have currently 8% IVA but this will rise to 10%, so 2 euro on 100 euro bill probably hardly noticeable.

As you say Lollipop 2% isn't so bad especially with the increase in the exchange rate at present

Have just read that the increase won't take effect until 1st September.
