villa Ca'n Coll puerto pollensa

Does anyone on this forum know of this villa ? it looks fine but ive read a couple of bad reviews from 2006 about barking dogs.

Don't know of the villa but have just read some reviews too and the last thing you want especially on holiday is barking dogs all day....and possibly all night. Sorry I can't be more helpful though. Good luck

I assume this villa is with an agent otherwise if it was direct with the owner you would obviously already spoken with them and received your answer. I suggest you speak with the agent and ask them directly if dog barking is a problem.
Of course these reviews you are reading are 7 years old. A dog which barks continuously may not still be alive.!! As a dog lover it would drive me mad too!

Thanks for the replies, i have spoken to the owner who told me this is no longer an issue, however spain is a long way away so cant really pop round to check

owners direct website, property b4263, no address or anything. and never stayed in PP , guessing its a healthy walk from the square but not fussed about that TBH.

I really can't make out where exactly this villa is but i'm sure someone will know. I would like to say though that this villa is being offered very cheaply compared to the normal villa rental per week especially in the main season. This may or may not be relevant to your original question I wonder!

I have searched but, sorry couldn't find this villa on Rent Villas Apartments in Puerto Pollensa (Port de Pollenca), Majorca (Mallorca).

Think it may be one of James Villa's, googled the villa name and it came up with this including a map location.

just checked owners direct website and the jame's villa one is the same name but not the one you refer to, sorry.

We stopped advertising with Owners Direct as had many problems as did a relative of mine. I'm not suggesting there is anything to be concerned about with this particular property but do suggest you are careful.
A good reason for looking at the rentals on this site is that the owners and properties are well known in the majority of cases. Another good site is holidaylettings as every owner advertised property on their site is verified as belonging to that owner.
Again i'm suggesting nothing with this property and am sure all is well. To have a name or email address would of course been a help for you rather than just a telephone number. Good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for.
