Hi New to the forum, but not new to visiting Pollensa we are hoping to hire a villa privately wondering if any one knows of villa Can Lleida de Ignacio says in a quiet area 5 mins drive from beach, I know there are loads of villas so its probably a big ask

Not stayed there but found this map of villa Locations:

No 42 is Vlla Lleida

It looks as though its on the back roads between Pollensa and Alcudia.

Is this the one with Owners Direct ? Try looking on Google Earth 395200.57N, 30405.26E

The pool and jacuzzi are in the right place and you can see the pond which is on the photo??

That villa is located in the Almadrava area, which is a very quiet part of the countryside, between the Port and old town Alcudia.

It is around ten minutes drive to either the Port and the town itself (although shorter to the beach by Llenaire) and just a little more to old town Alcudia.

You certainly will need a car, but this is a lovely choice if you like a little peace and quiet. You are quite close to the sea here, and the cooling breeze is great.

Our villa is in Almadrava and it is indeed very quiet - most of the time all you can hear is sheep or the occasional cockerel or dog barking... Yes, you do definitely need a car - or hire bikes - the roads are all flat, with very little traffic, and it's very pleasant cycling - lovely views wherever you look!
