hi,we stayed in this villa back in October last year.
Lovely and peaceful,although at the back of the resort so a good 15min stroll into town/beach via the main road into town.
You can also walk back to the villa from the beach
Go up the side street by the Pollensa Park Hotel.
The Villa's traditional but a bit dated but everything worked ok apart from the tv which we couldnt get any UK stations on.
There a small supermarket round the corner and a couple of bars/restaurants
although we didnt frequent them apart from once when i watched the Arsenal on Sky,if you have family that need a football fix.
Theres a bus stop on the main road opposite the supermarket.
We had a lovely time and didnt feel the need to hire a car,we did occasionally cab it into town and back to save our ageing limbs,nothing to do with alcohol intake of course.
