There is a recent article here Villa firm collapse leaves thousands in lurch - Telegraph

It appears that if you are owed money i.e. are a creditor, then you need to contact the insolvency firm O’Hara & Co so that you get a copy of the creditors' report. However if they are insolvent, you are unlikely to get any refund that way but will need to contact your CC company or ABTA.

Item in the Daily Mail says they owe over £6.5 million. Also, as already mentioned on here previously, some owners have not been paid for a year.
