Villa Pinaret

Anyone know anything about this Villa rented by Best Villas Pollensa?

Not sure of the exact villa but I have a property in Pinaret and it's a lovely area. The villa looks great and the biggest benefit IMO is you would not need a car as you are only two minutes from the beautiful sandy beach, and a 5 minute stroll to all the restaurants bars and shops. The downside of a countryside villa is you can sometimes feel rather isolated and it's always a mission to get everyone together to go out..plus the driver can't have a drink!

The same applies to the Gommar area too. Car isn't necessary as within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, and centre.

May I suggest that when asking about specific properties advertised on sites as Best Villas Pollensa, you attach a link so that we can see exactly which property you mean, that way I am sure you will get much more response.

Keira I have just looked it up on the Best villas website, and I now know exactly where it is...next door to my apartment Funnily enough I didn't think it was this villa as, for the 12 years we've been here, it has never been rented out and has only ever been used in August when the owners come over from Spain for the month. It has lovely grounds and pool and is literally a minute from the sea front and beach. Not as quiet as being in the countryside but you said you knew Pinaret so I guess you would know that. Location wise if you turn left after Tolo's restaurant into Avenida Paris the villa is on that road just after the second turning on the left.
