Just a couple of lines of praise.
First for the welcome pack. Unlike many I've come across in various resorts, this was actually useful. We could have made dinner and breakfast from it with no problem.
Second for the local rep. There was a card saying she'd arrive between 5.30 and 6.30 on the Saturday. And she did. Had maps, useful information, etc and advised that she was on 24 hour call if ever there was an emergency (like we lost our keys).
By the by, the villa (Ca'n Peric) was faultless. Immaculately maintained directly by the Mallorcan owners and really well equipped (although the only TV was German channels, not even Spanish ones). Good location on the Ma-2202, just over 1km from the cockeral roundabout in Pollenca.
