Firstly, I would like to point out that Villa Plus are a very good company for customer service and we would definitely use them again.

I am writing this as an honest review of villa vora so people travelling out next summer can be more informed.

The villa smelt of mould when we arrived and following two nights of heavy rain and thunderstorms (we went 16-23 October), it became apparent that the roof in the rear extension leaked and the tiles on the cieling were all mouldy. There was a bug puddle on the stairs and water pouring down from the electric socket point on one wall. We had our 11 month old baby with us and she was sleeping outside the area where the puddles were forming. Additionally, there is a rther annoying large drain pipe that is built into the wall and protrudes into the corridor but is extremely noisy with the rain.

All in all, we decided to ring and complain. Vila PLus moved us without question the next morning. They were great and the Villa Pesa that we moved to was a sea change. Lovely place all on one level and much better for our toddler.

I think all of the above would not have been noticeable if it had been mid summer but thought it should be mentioned here.

What I will say for anyone with a small child thinking of renting this villa is that the bath is cut off half way down by a partition so ou can only access it from the bottom end - not ideal for bathing a child. In addition, the bathroom was a bit grotty and smelt of mould.

Love Mallorca, loved Villa Pesa and ended up having a great holiday.
