Villa Suenos (Carrer del Pinsa) - how far walk to PP?

Hello all,

First post to forum & first-time visitor to PP!

Booked to visit Villa Suenos located on Carrer del Pinsa (Gommar area?)

How long (& what route?) would it take to get to the main restaurant/bar area of PP.?

+ how much roughly would a taxi cost if we chose that method?

Hello and welcome Rookie, from Gommar it is about a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of the port and a taxi would cost around 5€.

Welcome Rookie - you can go a couple of ways - either down the main old town/port road or down through the Pinaret area to the beach and walk along the front.

The former takes about 15 mins depending on how fast you walk - it is straight and flat.

A taxi from the taxi rank on the front to Calle Pinsa is 5.5 euros.

You will love Gommar - it is so quiet and peaceful

Hi Rookie, we stayed in Gommar in 2005 and we found the best way for us was to walk straight through to the beach and then right along to the marina. Plenty of places to stop and have a drink along the way. As already said, its about 15-20 min stroll, depending on how many stops you have
