I have booked a fortnight in this Villa for next year. Would be keen to hear what your impressions where of the place. Looks 1st class and a fantastic location.

Anything we have had from Villa Parade in the past has been excellent but this looks to be on a different level altogether (as the price reflects).

The villa is in a really good position the views are amazing, outside space good, inside living space very good, bedrooms a bit on the small size except the master, hot water not very good, I think you are paying for location, as I have been in better villa's in PP.

Thanks Peter,

I agree the location is the major factor in the price. It suits big time with a couple of late teens and an early twenties lad in the travelling party who would be bored senseless confined to a country villa for a fortnight.

Also looks to be a reasonable staggering distance home from the pub as opposed to 15 Euros each way in taxis as has been the norm in the last 3 years.

I think the views will keep them occupied, also the jackuzi, may be even the goats and birds, kept my boys occupied.
