Good morning, it is another fine start to the day but there are a few clouds coming over the mountains. We have very high humidity with the temperature at 31c and it's breezy.

Heat alert!!
Hola amigos the sun is shining again we have a gentle breeze and it's 29c.
Once again large areas of Spain including Mallorca are on yellow alert and it could go to orange alert at the weekend

I read that the Balearic authority needed some of Mallorca's finest fire fighting equipment and planes to help out with a fire which had blown up in Ibiza a day or so ago. The middle of Mallorca has been registered at 36 degrees. Thank goodness for any coastal breeze at PP!

Just to update my morning weather report, the sun is now shining directly on my weather station sensor and it is reading 50.8c.

Good morning we are still on "Yellow Alert" and after a very warm night it is another beautiful day with a gentle breeze and 30c.

It ain't half hot , Mum !!!!!
Can't recall it being like this for a few years.
Had to have an extra cube of ice in me Barcadi & Rum tonight and took the car out for half an hour lunchtime and it was recording 38 degrees C when I returned !!!!!
If it don't cool down by Sunday , reckon I'll have turned half crazy in the heat and probably hallucinating ( thought I saw Stevie G lifting the World Cup earlier , Smiddy !!! ).

It really is a bit too hot and humid at the moment. Thankfully, after a few days we have got the hang of the aircon in the apartment. Don't envy the owners lecky bill for the aircon machine. Essential bit of kit though!

Yes it is incredibly hot and even at night it stays in the high 20's but as Clinkham says it's very humid which makes perspire a lot, this is why you have to keep drinking. Dehydration and heat stroke can hit you very quickly and can be fatal so please take care if you are visiting Mallorca.

There's only one man who got away with wearing Speedo's and that's Craig Daniel . Haven't you read the fashion pages this year , definitely a no no !!!!

We arrive in PP on Friday 10th so just looked on Accu weather to see if it goes up to then and what do you know it has forcast showers that day after days of sun 
after 2 wet weeks in PP last year please can you order me a week of full sun Sparky?

Good morning PP fans the temperature dropped significantly last night to only 21c but it made it easier to sleep . This morning it's cloudy again and showers have been forecast but it will probably miss us again, we have the usual breeze and it's 27c.

Sparky I have such total faith in your forecasts that I put on my shorts and flimsy t shirt and set off for my daily walk saying to Malc ignore that bloody huge black cloud it's going to pass over...I have it on good authority!!
Well I'm now sitting in Can Balache with a hot coffee looking like a drowned rat. Hope it passes soon as the kids are just checking in at Luton and I darent text to tell them it's p...... it down
