New topics are welcome, of course, as long as they are relevant to PP and the surrounding area.

At this time of year, things do tend to go a bit quiet, as a lot of people are at home and are thinking of Christmas.

Actually I think that the topics are pretty good considering the time of year. They seem to be covering deeper problems concerning imports, property sales, travel problems and finance - in all its forms. The lighter topics emerge when more of us get over there and report on the fun side! And being British we all love a weather report dont we!

I did start a new thread "what I like about this forum", hoping it would get regulars posting. It got few responses and went off topic. Disappointing. As this is a discussion forum I was hoping for some!. Do please post if you wish.

I am not sure if the comment on "criticising all the time " was directed at me or not. I was merely making a factual observation on the frequency and subject matter of posts.
