So we are all packed and hopefully havent forgotten something vitally important (usually do despite numerous lists!). Have got 3 alarm clocks and phone set for 3.15am and taxi booked for 4.15. Then its airport and and full English at 5.30am, and guaranteed I'll get stopped in security as usual by a lady with a suspicion of a moustache and a bad attitude and I'll get annoyed ............. But hopefully by lunchtime, we will be in La Font and have a near couple of weeks to recover, before facing the even worse security at Palma on the way back:( Is it worth it - I think so:)
 
Gawd.....it is exciting the night before isn't it.....I can never sleep!!

Oh! I am so jealous we have to wait until July, my daughter loves early flights, no sleeping, total excitement, have a great time.

Just following in your footsteps there, Rosie. Flight out from Manchester early on Saturday morning and I'm already convinced that I've forgotten to take something....and I haven't even started packing yet!

As usual, half way to the airport, someone will say "did you remember to....." and the old stomach will turn to ice for a moment yet again.

Just how many times can a person check their passport between Lancaster and Manchester....it's only an hour's drive, but I must check everything at least a dozen times.

After all this time I should be the cool, savvy, seasoned traveller, and yet...

Ho hum, another stressful few hours before finally unwinding in PP - except the first thing on the agenda on arrival is a trip to the Caprabo!

So looking forward to the traditional Brisa Marina Marques de Riscal!
