My word!!!.
That looks a monstrosity and so out of place in PP.
We were so close to renting the apartment that you see on the left, the white one on the corner, but decided to go with the one above Los Faroles again.

From these photos you can really see how shaded and dark the alley has become, it's way to tall.

Including the main lower balcony there are now 6 floors not included is the rooftop, whereas before there were 4 floors also not including the rooftop, also it seems to be longer down the side. I know bit pathetic counting the floors, will be interesting to see it with the scaffolding off, hopefully done by May when we're over.

I was in pp last week and laughed at the sign on the front " opening 2015 ". Well it wont be anytime soon because the inside is just a shell.

They probably mean quarter past eight;)
That way, they don't need to state the week month or even year.

All seems to have gone very quiet re 'La Goleta'? Hasn't collapsed, has it?

They will hit against the law on building restrictions in a tourist area very soon so all noisy or dirty work will be stopped.... I am sure Can Balache and others have their lawyers in place to denounce if work continues past the cut off day. Cannot see that it will be ready and it certainly is not an attractive prospect in the centre of the resort.

Had a good look around it when we were out at the weekend and work would need to be ongoing 24/7 for it to be ready on time I would think:eek:

I disagree jmd. I think it will be a very welcome addition to the south beach area. Certainly I'm sure can balache will welcome the visitors it brings.

As to the timescale, I am no builder but generally in projects of this type where it really has to be open it usually is.

Yes as i have often said on the forum, they often pull the rabbit out of the hat and deadlines are met when we think it is impossible ;).
