The *l**dy perfume shop is always open 365days a year 24/7 as far as I recollect!!!!!

Although we have missed the two week Easter half term for a few years now,
I remember it being much quieter the first week. It became much busier the second with places opening over the Easter weekend.

Having said this there are still plenty of places open all year as PP has is not just a holiday resort it is a whole year residential town.

Many prefer this out of season time free from the tourist mêlée.

Might be 'when does PP wake up' from the visitors point of view, but when you add together all the renovations/renewals that have been listed on this forum in the past few months - and add similar projects last year - the work in the off season has been moving a pace. The investment in the Port recently is considerable.
Without looking back through the Forum - previously Club Illador, last year La Singala, Sis Pins, Cappachino, Capri. This off season, Hotel Uyal, La Galeon, Diana Apts, Bar Cultural?
I'm sure there are more. Altogether, it would appear, a vote of confidence in the future of the Port.

I reckon Sparkys glass should be almost overflowing, rather than just half full!

Corb Mari Restaurant

I've just seen that the Corb Mari Restaurant will be opening on 14th Feb 2012 with a special Valentines night dinner and will also host a special Carnaval evening on 18th Feb 2012 with dinner and dancing to music by a DJ.

We thought the perfume shop was closed but they are actually splitting it into 2 separate units...glad to see the perfume shop is still giving quite a good offer for sterling ( €1.20 ) ...please note it was not my turn this time...husband stocked up on aftershave.

Some good offers too in the handbag shops (Chloe and the other shop) I just had to buy a bag,,it would have been rude not to

Yes it is empty and they are working on it, not sure if it is just being refitted to re-open or having its use changed, lots of rumors regarding BHI anyone have any updates? Sorry no web cam for a while or if at all

Can't wait to return to PP at Easter this year. Back to the hotel Uyal to inspect the refurbishments, looking good I hope! Have been to PP at Easter many times before and love it, everything looks so fresh. Lots of hard work going on in the port over the winter I'm sure. Nipper

The Port is beginning to wake up again,shops being cleaned and a couple open already ,boats on the beach at sail and Surf,Summer is coming !!!!

Just spent 5 days in PP , weather was glorious and did my best to support the local economy via Hubbies credit card !!
