Which apartments near centre

Hi am new to forum and pollensa I am thinking of coming with my mum who has a little difficulty in walking Iwant a two or three bedroom apartment that is on the ground floor and has a large sunbathing area, I dont mind what it costs but I want something thats not too far from restaurants but quiet so dont want anything right in the middle as it will be early to bed.
I believe pine walk area is near anybody got any suggestions or names of apartments they can recommend. Thanks
