wind surfing for teenagers

Hi
I am hoping to organise a beginner's wind-surfing course to entertain my 16 and 14 year old sons on our holiday - any advice please?

sail & surf, or Tamer at Hotel Club Pollentia - I think Tamer has better kit, but it's a few minutes drive out of PP, towards Alcudia
