Can a family get tapas at Hibiscus around 5:00pm

Not sure about Hibiscus but I think the one on the front near Iru serves all day.
I think it's called No 31 but haven't been so don't know what it's like.
 
La Cabana should do it. Along the front before Tolo's next to Simbad
 
Was going to suggest Can Tofol but I seem to remember they're closed on Mondays-
Bar Rumbo or El Meson would be my other suggestions.
 
Imperial Bar & Tapas, next to Brisa Marina, right on the front. It's open all day and I've never had a bad experience there.
 
La Cabana usually opens at 6.30pm
 
They definitely shut late afternoon
 
They do shut late afternoon and open at 6.30.They did that everyday when we were out 4 weeks ago
