Winter Rental in the Pollensa Area

Hi, my wife and I have been returning to Mallorca for the past 5 years and would really like to be able to take out a long winter rental in the Pollensa area. Does anyone know of a property owner who would be interested in a private let for the period Jan-March? Any advice or comments would be gratefully received. Thanks
