hi to all, we are new to this forum and not sure how it all works, we are early in our relocation to beautiful Mallorca, have been staying in rented apt in Santa Ponsa,(desperate to move from here, we are cutting our loses with the rent, have 2 months to go) have found couple properties in Pollensa area to buy have legal team working on them at present, looking for short term rental villa for our family of 3 adults and 1 well behaved springer spaniel dog, until we finalise our home deal, anyone interested in renting their property to us for 1 -2 months please contact us, we visit pollensa every day, we are sooooo depressed in the south!!

It's nice to know the draw of PP, and it well deserves it, but please, what is so bad about the south of the island ??

(I do admit that the Santa Ponsa area is a bit "lively" but it's also still very scenic etc.)

Unfortunately I have found that Santa Ponsa has turned into a second Magaluf in the last year or two, PP is the best option unless your 18 to 30. Good luck in your move

Hi Pennyarcade. can you contact me with a little more info regarding dates. budget and style of property as I may have one or two options if you are thinking of moving now.
Look forward to hearing from you.

No offence ment in regards the south

Sorry didnt mean to offend anyone in the south, The south is simply not our scene, coming from the North of Scotland "Callander" area we are used to the mountains and enjoy the trecks through them with our dog. I am aware others have a different life style and the south ticks their boxes, It is only a personal preference. My Scottish family prefer the south.
