............ ended up with a right degging from a torrential 'shower'. ................:

Thats a good word...What part of the country is that from?.........;)

Sail & Surf cam seems to have changed the angle a little.

Great to have all the web cams.

The Riusech one has been 'down' for a couple of days - and I really like this one! I noticed on the S&S one that there is a big black & white chequered flag fluttering and would love to know what is the significance of this:confused: I know someone here will have the answer so thanks in advance:)

I had my computer upgraded last week and then couldnt view the S&S or Stay webcam. I went through the loading of AXIS etc but then when I tried again to view the cam I got the message that AXIS could not be loaded on the my computer:confused: Has anyone else had this message and did they manage to get the problem sorted?

Hi Rosie, I share your frustration! :o I have no idea how to get round this, I had one laptop that will let me see it, and another that wouldnt. No rhyme or reason - to me anyway! My son played with a few settings and suddenly it started working! He couldnt really say what kicked it in though. I think it needs a tech wizzard to tweak things for you. Good luck, I know its not much help, but at least you know you're not alone out there!! ;)

I posted a question on a computer forum and someone mentioned cookie settings, so I went into the internet options bit and found some Active X items which had been set as disabled - I enabled them and can now get the webcams - and what a lovely afternoon it is there - wish I was there:)

So glad you have sorted that out Rosie. It is a lovely afternoon here 24c atm but very humid :).

SeeMallorca.com.

Don't know if this one has been posted before but it shows the view from the romantic. It's not live as it takes snaps throughout the day but still adds another perspective. Sorry if it's already been mentioned.:)

Yes it has but i am afraid as it is linked to an unauthorised website we cannot allow a direct link on here.
It only updates about every 10/15 minutes so it's not a livecam but i didn't like the continuous panning, it made me feel quite dizzy ;).

Was this with internet explorer ?
I don't use that as so many settings it takes control.

If it helps try firefox Mozilla or chrome browser https://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/chrome/browser/, both free and work by default ( on my pc anyway) with the two webcams listed earlier on this thread.
Internet explorer does not work on my new PC either, not going to faff with it as Firefox is a much better browser especially with the free add ons such as spellcheck etc.

Looks a lovely morning, sun shining and the tide is high, I know where I would rather be than answering emails here in Yorkshire on a cold November morning :)

Edited to add the date : The screen grab taken on 5th November 2012 at 11:10 am UK time.

The screen grab was captured with the windows 7 snipping tool , if you dont know where to find this type ' snip ' in the windows 7 search box that pops up at bottom left when you click the windows logo. That's todays windows lesson :)

I have been thinking about Chrome but I do like my Igoogle page with all my gadgets! But igoogle is finishing next year so will probably try Chrome then:)

Riusech Webcam

Did my morning check today of all the webcams, it must have been very windy, the Riusech one is pointing to the sky!! Shame as this one is the clearest of all three, even though its looking over the port from a distance.

Any locals passing their office that could possibly pop in and tell them.:)

Have just sent them an email:)

What a blue sky for November 2 minutes ago though.........................an impossibility here in the grey, cold, misty, damp skies of Cambridgeshire ; - (

Riusech webcam back to its normal position this morning and the bay is looking particularly beautiful.

Thanks for sending the email Rosie. ;)

Is it only me or is anybody else having difficulty getting the Sail & Surf web cam?
