Just booked this apartment for a week in Aug. Anyone on the forum stayed here before that can tell me what its like?

Had a good holiday in this Nereo apartment last year. A bit exclusive in that there are only 9 apartments in the block. As the name suggests ours was top floor which gave access to the roof terrace - a big bonus for us, though other people will prefer the ground floor accommodation. The pool is a good size -particularly for the relatively small numbers of guest.
The apartments are at the opposite end of Bellresguard to the Spar shop, facing, across the Formentor Road, the Illa d'Or club apartments and Laguna.A (well worn) break in the hedge allows quick access to Laguna. We didn't make use of this. Didn't seem to be the 'thing to do' in these top end apartments.
The apartment was large - plenty of floor space and more than enough room for the suggested 9 occupants.
The description for nereopenthouse is accurate and if anything understates the quality of this apartment.
Depending on what sort of holiday you are looking to have, this is one of the better locations in the area.

Clinkham thanks for the reply looking forward to my week away! Stayed in Playa Mar last year for a few weeks and noticed these apartments when going for my afternoon walks into the port! They looked so calm & tranquil compared to the madness which is Playa Mar ! lol The rest of my family are staying in illa’dor so I booked myself and wife + 2 kids and still saved around £1k!
