Back in blighty nice warm sunshine took one look at forecast for today and re booked us on the morning flight so got back in at 13:00 instead of 01:30.

Haha wondered if you'd do that with the free change of flight

The wind has dropped, the rain has held off and it is 17c ........not bad for 11pm.
I am hoping we will get the rain overnight, i can smell the drains which usually heralds a thunderstorm.

Hola amigos. We haven't had the rain yet, it is very overcast and calm but we are on yellow alert again for rain and storms. According to the forecasts, i am afraid it doesn't look like we are going to see any sunshine until next Wednesday .
The pressure is 1008.
The humidity is 75%.
The UV index is 5.
The temperature is 18c.
Yesterdays low was 15.5c and the high was 20.8c.

This is so depressing I'm coming out Sunday.we have booked trip with no frills Friday I'm now wondering should I try to change to Monday as its not looking good. Do you know what time their office is open on a Sunday so we could maybe call in and see if we can change.

it's actually quite pleasant & warm at the moment. we've eaten salad on our patio, been for several walks along the front because we know it's about to change. At least we can hold Tuesday's forum meet inside. that's something to do in bad weather!

The forecasts here in the local papers and on TV are all saying it will be midweek before the weather improves. That said, it has been dry here today, the sun did appear for a while and the temperature went up to 25.5c.

I could cope with cloudy as long as its dry! Anyone else know if its with changing fast trip from end to beginning of week and how is go about it. Have emailed them but nothing back yet

Thank you I did get a reply they are open everyday though saying the trip is only offered Tues and Fri even though website allows you to book Mon wed and Fri. Strange. Looks like we will just have to take our chances and hope our three year old can get on the beach to play at least some stage Monday!

I'm slightly obsessed now and have been checking webcam all day and on it it certainly looks like its been raining all day with people in long sleeved tops and trousers. That said its been absolutely tipping it down on and off here all day

You're not kidding Cath, and it did it just as we were loading the car to go to the airport. By the time we got to Pollensa though it had stopped and the sun had come out so we went to Trencadora. Now in the departure lounge with very tight jeans and thinking maybe spaghetti with chili and prawns was not such a good idea! scrummy though
