Oh Crikey..what's happened to the weather....it's warmer here in Poole according to temp of 14 deg showing for Palma de Mallorca!! It was warmer in January!!

Not much fun today!! Actually had to buy a hoody as didn't bring enough warm clothes! Although could probably do with an umbrella too!

Still, managed a walk to CSV today, ideal temperature for it!

Outside right now it is 14c. Back home in Yorkshire 13c and I was wondering why it felt cold! Oh, Tangofan, we were here this very week last year and it was very warm, as I recall.

A few years ago before we lived here,we visited in May and had to go out and buy sweatshirts as it was so cold. We have also been soaked in torrential downpours in May so I guess this is not so alien perhaps a bit later than usual.

Two years ago we had several terrific thunderstorms towards the end of May but for many years previous to that we had some excellent weather at this time of year. Back in P.P. next week or two so hoping for good weather this time. Whatever, it is always nice in P.P. - one of the best.

We've visited the port for the last 11 years for the Whitsun school holiday week at the end of May - and (touch wood) have only once had really naff weather. That was two years ago. Flying out tomorrow night, So hoping for an improvement. ... Sparky - PLEASE !!!

Hola amigos. It was mostly cloudy but it's clearing on the stiff NW breeze and now the sun is out. Showers are forecast but it's looking good for tomorrow, not so good on Friday and then the further outlook is improving .
The pressure is 1008.
The humidity is 68%.
The UV index is 7.
The temperature is 17c in the shade and 19.2c in the sun.
Yesterdays low was 13.5c and the high was 19.4c.

Based on May 11th to 18th we never have had a May holiday with the cold breeze before.

A few beautiful days with cool breeze and a few wet days with even cooler breeze.

It did not stop our breakfasts and lunches outside on the rental villa terrace though

My wife would not go in the pool but bought lots of nice dresses and a few tops on our shopping trips, ready for the summer and the next holiday.

Whatever, it is always nice in P.P. - one of the best.

Rain or snow its still the best place for a chilled out break with quality food at your favourite restaurants. (even with a coat on sometimes)

We have been unlucky so far this year, February was a washout and May best described as 'Mixed' , might be third time lucky

BDL I have just checked out the latest forecast, i am afraid the wind is a bit of an issue until Sunday and rain is forecast for Friday am .
