Arrived home the early hours of this morning after 5 wonderful days in PP. The weather was wonderful (much better than October half-term last year) which meant my husband and I were able to have some relaxing walks.
I must recommend the Pollentia Hotel. Athough quite small and old, the staff were wonderful. As our flight home was late yesterday evening and the hotel was closing for the winter, they arranged a transfer for us to the Villa Concha for the day. I'd also like to recommend Shuttle Direct also. They were waiting for us at the airport and on our return picked us up 5 minutes early from the Villa Concha. I was rather concerned as we had to change hotels that they wouldn't turn up. One couple in our hotel were still waiting for their taxi 50 minutes after the allotted time on Friday evening. I'm not sure which company they booked with.
Back to reality and work tomorrow. Can't wait until my next visit to PP.
