A week in PP

[Golfaholics]

Just returned from a great week in PP - weather was superb much to our surprise after the rain of the previous week. Had many great meals in the usual haunts such as Hells Kitchen, Ca'n Ferra, Ca'n Andreu, Stay and Ca'n Curassa. Oh and of course the new one Ca'n Josep which was excellent.

However the highlight of the week was a visit to Bar Cultural to watch a show put on by the St Andrew Players entitled " The Fraughty Forties ". Haven't laughed so much for a long time but the real highlight was a performance by our very own Boneyslad playing his Saxophone!! What a performer - whilst Bonysladette looked after the vicars baby (the vicar was in the show) Boneyslad entertained the 100 odd spectators and it wouldn't surprise me if you next see him on TV in one of the talent shows.

"Bonyladette left holding the Vicar's Baby ", makes it sound like I'm in an Edwardian melodrama !!!!.

For Chrissake ( pardon me, Vicar ) I'm supposed to be some real cool dude !!!

Was only guesting, never be able to hold me head up in Greenwich Village, again !!!!!!

Seriously though , the "Players" raised well over 800 Euros for the local old folks home so a huge well done to them all.

Glad you enjoyed the show golfaholics. I too was on the stage performing . Bonyslad I'll let you know who I am next time we meet on the front !
