Very sorry to put a spanner in the works, but you may remember me telling you about Resort Hoppa leaving my Son & his Girlfriend waiting for their Ato B transfer back to the airport, despite confirming at least 48 hours beforehand, despite written confirmation from the hotel , which we submitted, despite speaking to the Manager of AtoB at the airport & being assured of a refund.

8 months later we have still not received our refund or an explanation,you have been warned.

Cumberland, it is a shame that your son had such a bad experience but I've used these shuttle transfers from resorthoppa & A2B several times myself as have friends & family & so have many others on this forum without any issues at all. Unfortunately problems arise with any kind of service & we rarely hear about issues with these transfers.

I agree , we have been using them for years without any problems , the thing that is very annoying is their reluctance to acknowledge or refund which is totally unacceptable.
