Accessible puerto pollensa

Hi i am new to the forum and would like some advice. My husband is a fulltime wheelchair user and we are visiting p.p. in July. we are staying at an apartment called vista Boquer on Vicente Buades. Does anyone know what the area is like. Is it suitable for wheelchair users and what are the bars and restuarants like in the area. I am not too bothered if it is quiet as long as we can walk, or wheel in my hubbys case, to nearby bars and restuarants.
