ADSL Problems

Has anyone been experiencing any problems with their ADSL line in Puerto Pollensa recently?

After working fine for a few years, we have been experiencing intermittent problems over the last two weeks with the ADSL connection disappearing for long periods of time.

Does anyone have any recommendations of who to go to for assistance?

ADSL problems

Ours suddenly stopped working when we were out 10 days ago. I normally use Rafa at PC Costes, but he was on holiday at the time. I'm going to get him to look into it when I'm next out in early September.

Paul at Ideal is also pretty computer literate and may be able to help. He also knows someone at Telefonica so may be able to make some enquiries.

I'll mention it to him next time I talk to him.
