I just had to write a little post about how good Air Berlin were.
We were able to check our luggage in early on both our outward and inward journeys and the staff were great - so helpful and polite.
When we arrived at Palma yesterday (very early for our flight) we went to the Air Berlin information desk and asked what desks to check in at. We were told we could check our luggage in straight away even though we were at the airport a good three hours before our flight was due to leave.
The flight left only a few minutes late but arrived bang on time at Stansted.
Soft drinks on the flight were free and complimentary sandwiches were available.
We'll definitely be flying with them again.
