Apartments Edificio Tomir ..... Almirante Cervera n35

Hi,
Has anyone got any info on " Edificio Tomir" apartments, what there like or where about it is?. The address is .. C/Almirante Cervera n 35? in P.P... I think its near the Oro Playa, or the Square.
We have rented this apartment off pollensa.com and would like to know if anybody has stayed in it or knows where it is.
