Average Property Price increase during 2003

Does anyone know how much the property market increased on the island during 2003.

Looking for a 2 bed apartment in PP or surrounding area.
What sort of price should we expect to pay at the very bottom end of the market ?

Things seem to be increasing all the time, although we don't watch too closely. You will always find something at the cheaper end, I've seen places advertised for about £85000, but what they are like I'm not sure. I guess if you want a nice place, you'd expect to pay between £110000 and £130000, but you might be lucky. Hope I'm wrong though.
Most of the banks will give you a mortgage and they can work out to be the thing that gets you just the place you want.
