Changes to the bus system

Bootledodger, doing the same trip on Thursday. Do you swipe on and off each bus or just at the start and end of the trip? Thanks in advance

You have to swipe on and off both buses Teflon....great though

I read somewhere on the TIB site that you can combine trips on different buses, trains into one trip. I think the links are time limited? Will see if I can find it...
I think if you fail to touch out you are charged a penalty fee on top of the fare!

Coming out on Thursday for a long weekend and to save on cost will probably get the airport to Alcudia bus. Does anyone know where the bus stand to catch the A32 at the airport is? Many thanks in advance

From airport - walk out of terminal and go towards Multi-story car park - bus stop is on the left before the road - well signposted. The cafe outside multi-story is ideal to have a cafe con leche or beer whilst keeping an eye for the bus, arrived a good 10 minutes before departure and no problems getting on (about half full), nice relaxed 40 mins to Alcudia. Presume you know where bus over to PP is.
Bus back to airport stops directly outside departures.
The service is superb. Just wish it went direct to PP.

I knew i'd read that before i came over a fortnight ago - but forgot when i was there and came back...couldn't understand why it cost more going back than it did coming to PP. I only waiting ten minutes coming over to the port so it only cost me £7!!!!!!!! £9 going back cos i had a couple of hours in the old town...cheers Gordo

We were down in Palma a couple of weeks ago and missed the PP bus so we got the bus to Alcudia instead then bus to PP. It is probably quicker as you don't spend time going around Inca (sometimes Sa Pobla) and Pollensa old town.
