I am trying to change a booking (airport to PP & return) we have from June 2020 to September 2020 but I can't seem to get a reply from them - email or phone. Does anyone know if they are still in business ? Thanks for any info.

Just been on their Facebook page and it seems that quite a few people, in similar positions to yourselves, have had no replies from the company since beginning of 'lockdown' in March.
