O'Haras have changed their hours and will be open Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun from 6pm til 3am with live music on Fridays.

Nostalgia will be closed from Monday 30th Jan until Thursday 1st March, so this Sunday night they are having a bit of a party with a few nibbles to say thank you for supporting themthrough the winter.

Yes Kenny and Mo have taken over what was Fletchers and it is now called "Citrus", i am sorry but i don't know exactly when they will re-open for the season but will try to find out.

I've booked to come to Majorca 19th Feb for a few days however it seems most resorts/places are closed so I've still to decide where to stay. I presume Puerto Pollensa is virtually closed so will probably try for somewhere near Palma then can get about by bus. Not sure if even Palma Nova and Magalluf (resorts I wouldn't normally consider) are open. May visit PP on a day out.

Thanks I'll have a look at that. I was in Puerto Pollensa last Oct but I can't really recall the names of bars, restaurants. Is much open? Any 'normal' bars, sort of local pubs. And some where you can watch football?

Bars open in PP

Hola Nadnerb - plenty open in PP in the winter.

Def recommend Pension Bellavista in PP for a comfy stay for reasonable prices in a handy central area of PP.

O'Hara's Bar, near the main square, is open at the weekends and hopefully fab rock band, The Hustlers, will be playing there on Friday night. On Saturday they will be playing in the Shamrock Bar in Alcudia too.

The Batucada bar is open most nights as is the Rustic Cafe (only closed on Mon & Tues nights out of season)

Cafe 63 is open every day for a very resonable menu del dia @7.50 euros.

Lots of local bars also show the footie! Just a matter of having a good stroll around!

We are flying out from LGW on 19th Feb too - really looking forward to it already!

Nick i agree you would think so but the plumbing and electrics are a major problem in the building and if the owners can't/won't bear some of the cost it really does make it very hard to make it a profitable venture .
