Best place for Breakfast

Best place I've had breakfast is without doubt the Bahia

BL, after the early morning gym workout, I wont be running any more;)!

Re the Bahia, I can see that this appears to be a very popular choice. Its just that I have the idealistic view of sitting outside, being served with a lovely continental breakfast, watching the place come to life, with the sea gently lapping. Self service buffet just doesnt seem to have the same appeal!! I have a feeling I may be wrong though considering the strength of opinion! :o

Looked very popular as i ran past every morning, as did the Illa'dor. My lot dont raise their pretty heads till about 10 so they have to make do with whatever I russell up on my return. Usually a ham n cheese omelette. But they loved them cute little eggs from Eroski, fried with some pancetta on fresh baguette:p
We did have a cracking breaky at Can Balache one morning though:)

Push ups on the beach near llenaire

followed by hubbie in his shorts and apron serving you smoked salmon, poached egg and champers on a little table with a crisp white cloth with the sea gently lapping around your feet! Heaven!

Hows that sound Bella? lol

OK Bella....it's got to be Los Pescadores (we have established it's continental brekie you want) they do one, right on the beach on their new decking. Meander along, feeling on top of the world after a wonderful experience at LP, to Illa d'or for another Cafe con leche taking in the best setting in the world, wander back to Bahia when it will be time for a pre-lunch mojito!! Then return to Lenaire and have lunch at Siurell then you are not far from home to relax on the roof terrace until it's time for dinner!! Sounds perfect to me!

I'm with Favie .... I did spy the LP breakie and it looked very good .... I just think the bahia has a nicer deck

Eleonor wins the prize for originality; Favie wins the prize for planning the whole day! LOL! Seriously guys, thanks for joining in on this one, I think I maybe setting the alarm for more than one day - hopefully see you at one of them!;)

I can always russtle up a breakfast in a pinny girls:eek:, and you won't get a better view than that:eek:

This is sounding good now!
Perhaps may have to join you in September after all! lol
As Favie says - "I wish!!"

Bella whatever you decide - its going to be a MUCH better breakfast than the one i have on my agenda!! lol ENJOY!!

You won't get Eleanor's hubbie in his shorts and apron but Tolo's do a very nice smoked salmon with scrambled egg (plus champers if that was your desire!), not quite on the beach, with water lapping round your feet but still a very nice location with views across the bay. They also do a full (very good) English.

Best value breakfast has to be at Bar Pepe's. Doesn't have the views but you do get the parrot!

5.50 euros gets you: 2 rashers bacon, 1 sausage, slice local sausage(?), 2 eggs, beans, hash brown, mushrooms, 2 rounds of toast, butter, jam, pot of tea or cup of coffee!

Luckily we were staying across the other side of the Port so were able to walk it off without too much of a problem.

Ah. Well we only managed not to have breakfast in the apartment twice!
Once we ended up at the Illa D'or - as posted, for a tuna toasty and orange juice after the night before:cool:.
The other time was in Pollensa square, got some absolutely delicious hot pastries from the patisserie and ate them in the square with coffee and orange juice at Il Giordinos. Lovely way to start the morning - but it was sunny, so probably not so good when its chilly!
