there are several companies that offer transfers to Pollensa so it may help others if you specify which company. I would also suggest that if you have any complaints that you address it directly to the company concerned.
However I don't know whether seat belts are obligatory in buses in Spain and this may be the norm for all transfer services within Mallorca.
