I looked last week and the nest was empty so good to know one’s back, although now I’m worried where the other one is? Oh dear the yearly stress of the Roettenbach storks begins!!

You might also have been looking at the other feed, with the picture from January?
There's been two storks most mornings for the last few weeks and since today I saw one sitting down most times I peeked by.

If the below German text is displayed instead of the webcam, it means the camera is deactivated over night for data protection purposes:

I don't get the reason for it, but perhaps someone didn't like their lit windows being displayed world wide. Or the storks objected

I've notified the livecam website about the different feed, so hopefully they'll update it soon. They don't have the nighttime curfew

Webcam in Roettenbach working fine for me this morning, with both storks standing around again.

Lindheim and Hochstadt are working fine. But Rottenbach still frozen on January - I've deleted and reloaded it but no difference There is also a live peregrine falcon nest website from Nottingham University where the bird is just starting to make a nest to lay.

Though don't blame me, if you're glued to watching.

I always look at the Rottenbach council website. Though because of data protection, they turn the feed off overnight.

The other site must be using an old feed.

I've checked a few times but I think the nest has been so well made, the 'bowl' of the nest is hiding the egg!

Is there a way you can get rid of all the blurb at the bottom? The storks are up very close and personal but that’s all I can see. I can’t see the nest at all!
I also miss the view of the lake and the comings and goings in the village!

Debz - exactly what I am thinking! I like to see people and other happenings in the foreground. The camera is too close up - as is the Lindheim one. But guess I'm grateful for seeing it anyway And there seems to be a swarm of flies round the nest at moment!

If you hover over the picture there are two icons on the bottom right, one of them is for full screen, one for picture-in-picture. The full screen works for me, the picture-in-picture seems to stop occasionally. But in both instances they are blurb-free

I think the view was changed sometime late last year, as there was a camera malfunction.

From the first blog entry, the storks are named Philemon and Baucis.

I happened to see the first one by chance.

Just had a brief peek and could make out the two eggs, as there was a bit of nest maintenance going on, but only because the stork nudged the eggs very carefully with the beak and they were visible for a moment. Otherwise the level of straw is quite high now and it's almost impossible to see the eggs.

Finally caught a glimpse! I watched for far too long but saw the top of 2 eggs. Not sure if it was my wishful thinking but possibly another one there?
Certainly they are a very attentive pair and the next is getting very deep!
Nothing at Hochstadt or Lindheim that I could see.
