Brisa Marina - sad news

I was very sorry to discover that Brisa Marina, a regular favourite of ours for over 20 years, has changed hands. The new owners are Mystic, a group that owns other restaurants in north Mallorca. The restaurant looks exactly the same but there’s a new disappointing menu, with most seafood at “market price”, and a huge increase in cost. Rumour has it that Francisco has retired and when we called in today only one of the staff remained.

This used to be a very popular place frequented by the locals, but it all seems overpriced and has nothing like the good value and diverse menu that it did before. I’m sorry to say that I’ll be giving it a miss!

It's the same with Aries bar. New owners. Food and drinks prices hiked. All the locals and labourers gone!
