Can anyone tell me the tax implications of buying and selling e.g capital gains tax / inheritance tax if you want to sell a property and buy another in PP - yes I can ask a solicitor but would like to hear from first hand experiences

Again speak to a Gestor, as a lot of this is based on whether you are a " Fiscal Resident " , a Resident or a Non Resident, they can guide you through it, its always better to pay someone for experties than listen to hear say, as things in Spain change constantly.
