Just a quick post to say hello.
My family have been coming to PP for the last 5 years staying in the Pollensa Park Hotel.
We always thoroughly enjoy our holiday in PP and are now thinking of buying an apartment there.
We will be selling a house in Christchurch, Dorset next summer and would welcome any advice on buying in PP.
We intend to rent the apartment out over the main holiday season and use it ourselves off-season.
As we live near Bournemouth Air Port flights would not be a problem.
We visited some Estate Agents in PP a few weeks ago and the one on the Sea Front seems to be friendly and English speaking & we got details of some very affordable units.
Is there a publication anybody could recommend to us to guide us through the transaction?
Obviously we hear horror stories in the UK about Brits getting ripped-off and not doing things correctly (the Spanish way) and falling foul of the system, sometimes ending up in disaster - we want to make sure we cover every eventuality -your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
