Car hire delays.

These car rental companies are so annoying aren't they? Surely in the day and age of computers there is no reason for long delays. If all the info is provided prior to arrival I wonder why a signature and quick check of licence and credit card can't be complete the transaction in minutes.
I do think a few such do need to get their act together.

My Uncle & family waited for their car at Record for 2 hours & 40 minutes, can anyone beat that?

I agree, with all ones details available on screen it should take no longer than 10 mins max,
I would like to see Record closed down for all the misery they cause.

Oh dear Cumberland that is a little harsh!
I agree it is so annoying to just wait in a que especially after a flight and a need to just reach your destination. I just can not understand what takes the time.
Even with the knowledge of the wait many still choose to Record so they must do something right.

The main reason folks use them is they are usually the cheapest on the web,I personally suffered a 2 hour wait with them out of season 2years ago as well as several friends, sorry, but I stand by my word they should be closed down asap for disgraceful customer service.

It wasn't me which had the bad experience Forza Nadal, it was Cumberland. It is very frustrating and I hope it didn't ruin his holiday too.
