Car hire next summer

I know it's a bit early but been looking for car hire for next summer & it seems to be a lot more expensive than we paid this year. I think we booked in December or January last time so hoping it's going to come down a little.

Avoid Record if you don't want to wait 3 hours after your flight has landed.

I've got a booking at Record for a Berlingo type for two weeks end of August for 400 Euros. Pay on arrival, cancel without charge if something better turns up. Queuing at Record is a traditional start to everyones holiday, isn't it?

They are the cheapest which is why they still get business, but its all new people off the net because if they knew the hassle they would face no one would go near.
My uncle( not the quietest man on earth) & his family after waiting 2hours 35 mins threatened to go behind the desk & dish out car keys to the whole airport .

To be honest they are coming out as one of the more expensive.

There was even a queue at Record last week on 24th November. I noticed they had a quick access desk, I wonder how efficient that is?

Its probably there to let the Airport cat in for a glass of Spanish milk. because no one else gets away from that desk in under 2 hours.
