Car Parking

Short question. How easy would it be, for example, if i parked the car in Pollensa, caught public transport to a destination, followed by a taxi back to the villa, then collected the car the next day?

I guess it would depend where the villa is and how youplan to get back to your car. There are plenty of places to park in Pollenca so that wouldn't be a problem, also where you want to go to.

Daft question but if you have a car why not just drive to the destination?

I am guessing the reason is not wanting to drink and drive, I might be wrong though.

Trying to explain to a taxi driver the location of your villa might not be easy.

Good point I never thought of that ...... Probably because my wonderful Mr CD always acts as my designated driver

The villa is the Can Pepe, and whilst i dont know its exact location my plan was to walk into Pollenca the following morning and drive the car back to the villa, because i assume its not possible to arrange for a taxi to collect me from the villa, thus removing the problem of parking. Any ideas greatly appreciated

I am sure you could arrange a taxi to collect you from your villa and return you at a given time or just pick one up from the taxi rank when you are ready.

thanks lollipop, but that brings us back to having to park the car if we pick up the taxi from the rank. If anyone knows of a taxi contact that would pick up from the villa then pls let me know, because that would be a solution to the end

I can say we used Alicia at Zarza taxis a couple of years back to collect our family every night from their villa to bring them into the Port and she was always prompt. I don´t duobt that any other taxi firm would do the same.
