We booked a Ford Focus Estate through Carjet and our agent in Palma was Europa.
Taking advice from Pollensa, hubby dashed to the car rental desk while I struggled with the cases and managed to get in pretty early before the hordes arrived.
Make sure you have all your documents to hand as you get there as hubby had to return to me for passports/driving licences!
My only gripe was the 65 euro charge for petrol which was unexpected. We also chose a 10 euro extra insurance charge for tyres as our hire car last October had a flat tyre and we were told that the basic insurance we had coverered everything but tyres!
All in all, a very good service from Europa. The car was clean and had a cd player which came in very handy!
