Hi all,

Was just wondering if anyone has ever booked car hire with a company called Centauro Spain?
My husband booked a 2 week rental with them via holiday autos. However, having read the paperwork, it states to go to the information desk outside arrivals hall, then to go to the 2nd floor and a courtesy bus will take us to collect our rental. We have always collected our hire car from the multi storey car park, so was wondering where this courtesy bus takes us?! Not really ideal with 3 cases, a buggy and a toddler in tow!

We have used Centauro through holiday autos fot the last 5 years and found them to be very efficient with brand new vehicles to choose from.
The pick up point is right outside the building on the second floor. The journey takes about 5 minutes or so and Their depot is just off the motorway, so is quite easy to set off for PP. Never had any long waits with them with regard to paperwork etc.

Hi Sherberts, They use 2 buses, which shuttle back and fro, one will either be there or it will only be a few minutes wait. nIts white minibus with sign printed on the side. This is the company that Travel Republic use and we always book through them. Have a good holiday!

We used them a fortnight ago... I left my husband with all the luggage and big bike boxes and found the bus , collected the car and picked hubby up at the airport all within 15 mins ...staff were friendly and efficient and did not do the hard sell on the insurance.
On our return I dropped hubby off with said luggage ,waited for the transfer bus and followed behind so avoiding the stress of trying to remember exactly where the depot was.
Hand over was just as smooth and was back at the airport again within 15 mins.

Quicker than quening up at Record and fighting through the airport and across to the car parking
